Confirmed: Target's early Black Friday sale runs November 5–7, 2026. Target also lists daily promotions and seasonal offers, with a holiday price-match policy subject to terms.
When is Target's Black Friday 2026 early sale?
Target's announced early event runs November 5 through November 7. It has also described limited-time promotions on many Thursdays through Saturdays and daily featured offers throughout the holiday period. That means shoppers can research opportunities in November without assuming every product will be cheaper on November 27.
What categories are included in early offers?
Target's November 5 fact sheet highlighted selected toys, clothing, kitchen appliances and holiday decor, with varying advertised percentages. These categories and conditions can change as promotions rotate, so check the retailer's current page for exact products and limits.
What is Target's holiday price match?
Target says its Holiday Price Match Guarantee runs from November 1 through December 24 and can apply when Target lowers its own prices, subject to exclusions and requirements. Do not assume it matches competitors or that every product qualifies. Save your receipt and review the current rules before requesting an adjustment.
How to decide whether a Target offer is a bargain
- Compare the identical product, size and color against the recent market price.
- Check whether coupons or Target Circle promotions can be combined under the terms.
- Factor in shipping, pickup and return considerations.
- Avoid buying seasonal items you will not use just because the discount is large.
